Simon Chappelow will be attending the Craft and Food festival during the August bank holiday weekend on the Sunday.
Simon has a lifelong passion for food, and his extensive career began through working in a large variety of Yorkshire restaurants. Simon’s high quality cooking led him to receive many accolades for his dishes, including 5star reviews in The Yorkshire Evening Post, and a head chef role which involved mentoring and developing other chefs.
This led to new opportunities for Simon, which compelled him to begin working for Zest health for life as Food Projects coordinator at the Jamie Oliver’s Ministry of Food. In the 7 years Simon has managed this project, thousands of students have benefited from the healthy eating cookery courses.
Simon has also developed and delivered a successful series of Jamie Oliver masterclasses, and is currently developing speciality classes at the Leeds Cookery school. More recently, foodies may recognise Simon from the Yorkshire food and drink show, in which he exhibited his amazing repertoire.
Simon Chappelows live cooking demonstration will be held Sunday 27th at 12:00PM.
