Gilly Robinson is a multi-talented chef, who has fingers in all kinds of pies across the food industry.
Gilly has vast experience of teaching culinary courses, as well as working with some of the biggest names in the industry, including having worked at Rosemary Shrager’s cookery school as a senior tutor, as well as assisting Rosemary with other different projects.
Gilly also opened her own cooking academy ‘Malton Cookery School’ which offers students baking days, food tours, seafood masterclasses, children’s days and even opportunities to learn to cook with your dog!
Renowned chef Gilly has also recently undertaken a new project ‘Birds on the loose’ with fellow chef Sue Nelson, which is defined as ‘two cooks game for anything on the food scene.’ In 2018, Birds on the loose will take on residency at York’s Rattle Owl restaurant and private functions in North Yorkshire.
Gilly will be at the craft and food festival on Monday at 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00 pm.
